When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During capsule launches, dispatches may be slighter longer due to high demand. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as a parcel leaves our hands.
Can I return or exchange an order?
All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our collections, we not offer exchanges or returns. Please carefully review our size guide before purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us @ info@alexandrathomasgoulart.com with your name, order number, and photo of the issue within seven days of delivery. We will do our best to rectify the issue.
How do I know my size?
Each product page contains a size guide and fit notes for reference. Our sizing is designed to flatter not restrict. If you’re between sizes, we recommend to go a size up for comfort.
Do colors look the same in person?
Our pieces and wraps are intentionally luminous. Their color may shift depending on the light, skin tone, and environment. Every effort is made to represent them accurately, but slight variation is part of our design to deliver a multi-dimensional effect.
Will this collection restock?
No. We operate in limited capsule editions. Once a piece is gone, it won’t return.
